Wrong initial day of week in date input field.

Hi Experts,

We have a multilingual Portal 7.01 with internationalized WDJ Applications, so far so good, but we are gettting a strage behavior with language English Philipines.

We have an Input Field which is bound to a Date context attribute, when clicking the calendar the first day tnat appears in the Date Selection is Friday!

We currently see: Friday / Saturday / Sunday ... and so on.

We would like it to be Monday a with the other languages we have implemented so far.

So we could see: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday ... and so on.

I hope you can help us, any idea will be welcome.
